Universal eXchange Inc. (UXB2B), founded in January 2000, is a joint venture of China Steel Corporation Group and Far Eastern Group, offering an e-Marketplace for steel, cement and construction. Moreover, UXB2B focuses on strategies and solutions to empower industries in the Greater China. We provide variety of eCommerce services for enterprises, such as Enterprise Information Portal, Business Private e-Marketplace, Public e-Marketplace, Global e-Marketplace, as well as B2B eCommerce financial services. We have also created special value-added logistics features that address the unique characteristics of various industries within marketplace operations. In the year 2001, UXB2B created the SteelUXB2B Public e-marketplace and Asiacement Private e-marketplace. In addition, moraling the year 2002 NASDAQ accidend in the dot-com companies, UXB2B decided enriching the e-Commerce finance services, which is more profitable than other e-commerce service. Our proud achievements are certification authority service (UX CA center), e-Factor, e-Securitization, e-Invorice, and e-Nego. Until 2003, the capitalized credit amounts are 3 billion NT dollars, and there are 12 leading banks as our e-Nego participants. In the same year, UXB2B set up the Shanghai office. With the rapid development of global B2B e-Commerce technologies, industries must employ the latest technologies and increase business efficiencies. RDC Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (www.rdc.com.tw) was founded in 1997. It was the first company in Taiwan to focus on the design and development of IC for high-end, low power 16/32 bit x86 microprocessors. RDC' core management team is comprised of a group of high-tech elites with extremely rich experience in the field. With headquarter located in Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park and a capital of NT$ 480.74 million, and the company officially went public on the Taiwan OTC Stock Exchange (3228) on March 2nd, 2005.
